Morris Capital Group looks to acquire a majority or all of a company, but will consider minority investments in proven companies with proven management. Headquartered outside of Atlanta, Georgia, Morris Capital Group will acquire nationally, but will give more attention to Southeastern opportunities.

Investment Criteria:

Morris Capital Group generally targets companies with Revenue of between $2 million and $20 million. The targets will usually have between $1 Million and $5 Million of EBITDA.

Morris Capital Group holds a majority ownership position in most of its transactions. However, the firm will consider making a significant minority investment of growth capital in proven companies with proven management.
